Job summary

100X, Inc. in Miami is seeking an IT Support & Field Technician to provide remote and onsite technical support to clients across South Florida. The role blends hands-on hardware work with software troubleshooting and user administration.

You will work alongside senior technicians, handle Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure, Active Directory tasks, and contribute to deployments, installs, and ticket documentation with clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in MSP environment.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure.
• Basic TCP/IP networking, DHCP/DNS fundamentals.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients across South Florida.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop, laptops, and peripherals; resolve software issues.
• Manage Microsoft 365 administration and user issues; assist with Entra ID/Azure tasks.
• Configure and troubleshoot network equipment; assist with onsite deployments and relocations.
• Document resolutions and communicate status updates through the ticketing system.
