Job summary

ResolveOps is seeking an IT Support Technician to keep consultants connected and productive. You’ll answer tickets from consultants by chat, phone and remote session; prepare, ship and recover laptops; manage Microsoft 365 accounts; and coordinate access to client systems and VPNs.

Qualifications

• Some experience in IT support, help desk or desktop support (internships count).
• Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Basic Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration.
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certification; Intune, Jamf or another device management tool (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Answer tickets from consultants by chat, phone and remote session
• Prepare, ship and recover laptops, encrypted and backed up
• Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses and multi-factor sign-in
• Request and track access to client systems and VPNs for each assignment
• Keep the hardware and software inventory current
