Job summary

Heniff Transportation is hiring an IT Support Services Specialist in Oak Brook, IL. You will provide in-person and remote help desk support, manage user accounts in Active Directory and M365, and document resolutions for ongoing IT improvements.

Responsibilities include incident management, asset tracking, and user training while collaborating with IT leadership. Travel between Chicago-suburban offices is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of experience in a related role.
• MCP or similar certifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and remotely via TeamViewer with hardware, printers, scanners, and software.
• Manage and document support activities in Zendesk help desk software.
• Create domain and Microsoft 365 accounts for new hires and provide initial login assistance.
• Install company image on new computers and reimage when needed; maintain asset records.
• Train users on hardware and software usage; document processes for IT staff and end users.
• Travel between Chicago-suburban offices as required.
