The Management Group, Inc. is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide remote and on-site technical support for employees across our corporate office, branch offices, and property locations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of help desk or desktop support experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365. This role requires basic Active Directory knowledge and the ability to travel between company locations to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• One to two years of help desk or desktop support experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Basic Active Directory and networking knowledge.
• Willingness to travel between company locations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve help desk tickets for login, software, printer, device, and connectivity issues.
• Set up computers, workstations, software, and equipment for employees.
• Create and disable user accounts, mailboxes, and basic Active Directory access.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows devices, mobile devices, and business applications.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Travel to company locations when an issue cannot be resolved remotely.
