Job summary

Heniff Transportation is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist customers with hardware, software, and applications across the business. You will resolve issues, image workstations, create M365 accounts, and document processes to improve systems.

You’ll handle in-person and remote support using tools like TeamViewer and Zendesk, while ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. A bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and 3 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of experience in a related IT support role.
• MCP or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware, software, and IT system support to customers.
• Assist remotely/in person via TeamViewer and remote Desktop services.
• Document support activity in Zendesk and track progress.
• Create knowledge base articles and assist with onboarding.
• Manage and create M365 accounts for new hires; assist with login access.
• Support asset management and mobile/desktop devices.
