Job summary

Community Health Resources seeks an Information Technology Support Professional to provide frontline IT support for end users in Windsor, CT. This full-time role covers desktop hardware, software applications, and network issues, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and security policies.

You will diagnose problems, install and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, and manage user accounts and access.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical support experience in a professional environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
• Experience with help desk/ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and ability to work with users of varying technical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment including PCs, printers, and mobile devices.
• Create and manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access.
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and business apps.
