ReaderLink is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to end-users in a fast-paced office environment in Oak Brook, IL. The role includes diagnosing hardware and software issues, installing and configuring systems, and maintaining documentation, with responsibilities split between in-person and remote assistance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of technical support experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve them promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures.
• Provide ongoing support in a part-time role.
• Assist with technical support when required.
• Other duties may be assigned, directed, or requested.
