Job summary

GoRev, a healthcare-focused software development company, seeks an IT Support Specialist – Tier 1. This largely work-from-home role supports GoRev clients and staff across Linux and Windows environments.

You will document learned processes, engage with developers and customers, and participate in an On-Call rotation to handle after-hours requests. Responsibilities include front-end helpdesk support, ticket resolution, user training, and system documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of helpdesk support experience.
• Experience with Windows XP, 7, 8, 10 and Office.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Front-End Helpdesk Support.
• Resolving Support Tickets.
• Help guiding and training new employees in ticketing systems and phone systems.
• Documentation of Processes and procedures.
• Documentation of EComms event tickets for Secops.
• Remotely assist users using desktop sharing software.
• Server health monitoring and upkeep.
