Job summary

Revo Health is seeking an Information Technology Field Support Engineer to provide primary technical support to end-users across PC and phone systems. The role covers office and clinical spaces and requires strong customer service, good communication, and hands-on IT troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT experience (Help Desk preferred).
• 3+ years of customer service experience (IT preferred).
• Experience with Virtual Desktop systems (Omnissa Horizon).
• Experience with M365 Administration.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT service center calls and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Escalate tickets to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Install, configure, and support PCs (Windows, Office, antivirus).
• Support remote users and clinical office staff to maintain consistent end-user support.
• Maintain user accounts, access rights, and security groups.
