Job summary

Revo Health is seeking an Information Technology Field Support Engineer to provide frontline IT support for end users in our Bloomington office and clinic spaces. You will troubleshoot PC and phone issues, install and configure Windows, MS Office, antivirus, and enterprise apps, and assist remote users across the organization.

The role requires 2+ years in IT, 3+ years in customer service, and familiarity with VDI such as Horizon and M365 administration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT Experience (Help Desk Preferred)
• 3+ years of Customer Service (IT Preferred)
• Support of Virtual Desktop System such as Omnissa's Horizon
• Support of M365 Administration

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve daily technical problems in a professional and timely manner.
• Escalate tickets as needed and update end users on status.
• Assist in monitoring network systems and support remote/clinical office users.
• Participate in IT projects, new software/hardware implementations, and events.
