Signature Performance is seeking an IT Customer Service Support capable of delivering top-tier technical help remotely. You will handle incoming calls and emails, strive for first-call resolutions, and document interactions accurately while supporting IT systems and users across client environments.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year in IT customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn fast and collaborate with technical teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a customer service IT/technical support role.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills.
• Able to learn new technologies quickly and work with other technical groups.
• Experience with Active Directory, VPNs, or network troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-contact support via phone or email with aims for first call resolution.
• Document call activity in the Service Desk system.
• Maintain client system access as assigned.
• Collaborate with other analysts and senior technicians on workstation and server support.
• Deliver remote workstation support and basic remote printer management.
• Assist in training new hires and share end-user support procedures.
• Handle basic Active Directory requests like password resets or unlocks.
