Job summary

Signature Performance offers a remote-based IT customer service support role open to nationwide applicants. You will handle calls and emails with the aim of first-call resolution, document actions, and collaborate with Senior Technicians to resolve issues.

The position requires Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic AD/VPN skills, with on-site work in Omaha as needed. CompTIA A+ is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer service role with IT/technical focus.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Office 365, Symantec, Adobe products.
• Excellent verbal and written technical communication.
• Able to learn new technologies and collaborate with teams.
• Experience with Active Directory, databases, VPN or network issues a plus.
• Resides within commuting distance of the Omaha metro area; remote eligible with on-site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls or emails with goal of first-call resolution.
• Document call activity into the Service Desk ticketing system.
• Provide remote-controlled workstation support services.
• Assist in remote client workstation triage or basic network printer support.
• Provide training frameworks and end-user support procedures.
• Handle basic Active Directory admin requests like password resets or unlocks.
