Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an IT Customer Service Support professional for a remote-based role with nationwide applicants. The position requires regular, recurring on-site work near Omaha, NE. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in IT/technical customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will handle calls and emails, document activities, and work with other technicians to resolve workstation and server issues. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in IT/technical customer service.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• Excellent verbal and written technical communication.
• Able to learn new technologies and work collaboratively.
• Experience with Active Directory, VPNs, or network connectivity issues a plus.
• Must reside near Omaha metro area; on-site requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely IT/technical support via calls or emails with focus on first call resolution.
• Document all call activity in the Service Desk system.
• Maintain access for client systems as assigned.
• Coordinate with other analysts and Senior Technicians on workstation and server support.
• Offer remote-controlled workstation support and basic remote network printer support.
• Assist in onboarding and IT orientation meetings for new hires.
• Provide training materials and end-user support procedures.
• Handle basic Active Directory tasks like password resets or unlocks.
