Job summary

Signature Performance is hiring an IT Customer Service Support specialist to handle calls and emails with a focus on first call resolution. You will document activities in the ticketing system and support remote workstation issues.

The role requires at least 1 year in IT/technical support, proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Office 365, and strong verbal and written communication. Occasional on-site work in Omaha area may be required; nationwide applicants are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role with emphasis on IT/technical support.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Symantec Antivirus, and Adobe products.
• Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and collaborate with technical groups.
• Experience with Active Directory, databases, VPNs, or network troubleshooting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and emails to achieve first call resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Document activities in the Service Desk ticketing system.
• Maintain access for client systems as assigned.
• Collaborate with other analysts and Senior Technicians on workstation and server support.
• Provide remote workstation support and basic remote printer support.
