Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an IT Customer Service Support specialist to deliver top-tier technical assistance via phone or email, targeting first call resolution and high customer satisfaction. The role is remote-based with on-site requirements in the Omaha metro area, demanding strong communication, rapid learning of new technologies, and teamwork with technical staff.

A 1-year IT customer service background and Windows/Office 365/AD experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role with IT/technical support.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Symantec, and Adobe products.
• Excellent verbal and written technical communications skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and collaborate with teams.
• Active Directory, databases, VPN or network troubleshooting a plus.
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Omaha, NE; on-site required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls or emails with aim of first call resolution.
• Document call activity in the Service Desk system.
• Provide remote workstation support and basic network printer support.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new hires.
• Handle basic Active Directory requests like password resets.
