Job summary

Signature Performance in the United States is seeking an IT Customer Service Support to deliver remote IT help and on-site assistance when required. You will handle calls and emails with the goal of first call resolution and high customer satisfaction.

You will document activity in the service desk, maintain client system access, and collaborate with colleagues to resolve workstation, server, and network issues, while participating in onboarding with new hires and providing end-user training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in IT/technical customer service.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 with Office 365, Symantec Antivirus and Adobe.
• Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills.
• Able to learn new technologies and collaborate with technical groups.
• Experience with Active Directory, VPNs or network troubleshooting is a plus.
• Must reside near the Omaha metro area; remote eligible with regular on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-call resolution and timely handling of inquiries.
• Document call activity into the Service Desk system.
• Maintain client system access as assigned.
• Work with other analysts and Senior Technicians on workstation/server needs.
• Provide remote-controlled workstation support and basic printer management.
• Assist in onboarding and IT orientation for new hires.
• Provide training frameworks and end-user support documentation.
• Handle basic Active Directory password resets or unlocks.
