Job summary

PRO-spectus is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first- and second-line technical support in a fully remote environment. You will assist with onboarding, endpoint support, ticketing, device administration, and SaaS app support, working with IT teams and vendors to ensure timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, curious, and capable of handling multiple requests while following security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or help desk.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based apps.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service-management practices.
• Exposure to endpoint-management tools (Intune or Jamf).
• Familiarity with MFA, identity and access management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT support contact; manage tickets.
• Onboard/offboard employees; configure devices.
• Provide SaaS app support and password resets.
• Maintain documentation; assist with security/compliance.
