Job summary

Responsibilities include incident management, hardware troubleshooting, VPN support, and documentation. Some after-hours and travel may be required as part of a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Office365 administration and support.
• Troubleshooting network and wireless issues.
• Experience supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10.
• Technical certificates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and in-person technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and support software applications and business processes.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware; configure and image desktops/laptops.
• Assist with projects from implementation through testing and production.
• Communicate effectively and document issues and solutions.
