iT Resource Solutions.net,inc is seeking an onsite IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. You will be the primary contact for internal employees needing technical assistance and will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in a Helpdesk or Desktop Support role, with strong Windows 10/11 and macOS skills, and experience with Microsoft 365 and AD/Azure.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in a Helpdesk/Desktop Support or IT Service Desk environment
• Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory or Entra ID/Azure
• Fundamental networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting across devices
• Experience using IT ticketing platforms (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and support office IT cabling

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of contact for user tickets via phone, email, and chat.
• Triage, log, track, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Escalate complex problems to Tier 2/3 or IT Manager when needed.
• Onboard/offboard employees, manage accounts and permissions in AD/Azure and Google Workspace.
