OnSite Dealer Solutions seeks an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide remote technical support to employees, field staff, and approved external users. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT support experience, remote end-user support
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and basic networking
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support using computer applications and remote-access tools.
• Receive, document, prioritize, and resolve support requests through the company's ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot issues with computers, operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting, VPN access, and authentication.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and account provisioning.
• Provide user setup and guidance for SERV and other company platforms.
• Assist with demonstrations, training, onboarding sessions, and walkthroughs.
• Create and maintain technical procedures and knowledge-base documentation.
• Communicate clearly with employees, leadership, customers, and other users.
• Identify issues for escalation and document troubleshooting performed.
• Help improve support processes, ticket workflows, and service delivery.
• Manage multiple requests and priorities to meet deadlines.
