OnSite Dealer Solutions seeks an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide remote technical support to employees, field staff, and approved external users. This role handles requests from routine user assistance to advanced troubleshooting and supports daily IT operations and the SERV web-based platform.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT support experience, remote end-user support
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and basic networking
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Responsabilités

• Provide remote technical support using computer applications and remote-access tools.
• Receive, document, prioritize, and resolve support requests through the company's ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot issues with computers, operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting, VPN access, and authentication.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and account provisioning.
• Provide user setup and guidance for SERV and other company platforms.
• Assist with demonstrations, training, onboarding sessions, and walkthroughs.
• Create and maintain technical procedures and knowledge-base documentation.
• Communicate clearly with employees, leadership, customers, and other users.
• Identify issues for escalation and document troubleshooting performed.
• Help improve support processes, ticket workflows, and service delivery.
• Manage multiple requests and priorities to meet deadlines.
