Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a technically adept IT support specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will deliver reliable, human support to internal staff across French and English, manage access and SaaS tools via M365/Entra ID, and oversee the device fleet on Windows and macOS.

You’ll document processes and automate repetitive tasks to keep response times low. You’ll work closely with a small team, handle incidents and projects, and propose improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reliable, human IT support to internal staff in both French and English.
• Own access and SaaS tool management via M365/Entra ID.
• Manage device fleet and lifecycle on Windows and macOS.
• Document and structure team knowledge to reduce repeat requests.
• Leverage AI daily to speed up resolution and build new tools.
