CloudHQ LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to keep technology running smoothly for staff, vendors, and support personnel. You will handle desk-side, phone, remote, and site support, troubleshoot complex issues, and document solutions.

Responsibilities include provisioning equipment for new hires, onboarding/offboarding, installing Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, Box, and managing security tasks under IT procedures. Strong problem-solving and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of technical support experience.
• Experience with PC/Mac environments and networking.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data handling.

Responsabilités

• Respond to IT support requests through the ticketing process and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide desk-side, phone, and remote support for Windows and MacOS devices.
• Prepare and deploy equipment for new hires, transfers, and temporary users.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including account access and asset recovery.
• Install and support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, Box, and other approved software.
• Assist with basic Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint security tasks.
