Delphi-US - Peacemakers In The Talent War is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager in IT Staffing to drive new client acquisition and help establish a satellite presence. You will open doors, build relationships from scratch, and guide accounts through onboarding with our delivery teams.

This remote role requires strong outbound outreach, negotiation, and the ability to manage complex client engagements across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, negotiation, and client management within staffing or professional services.
• Experience generating new accounts and expanding a client base.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct a high volume of outreach (phone and email).
• Self-motivated with a performance-based compensation orientation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new client accounts within IT staffing and technical services.
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach (phone and email) to generate meetings and uncover hiring needs.
• Build and manage client relationships from initial contact through ongoing day-to-day account management.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and service agreements that meet client needs while supporting revenue targets.
• Partner with internal delivery teams to prioritize job orders and align candidate requirements to client expectations.
• Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and service throughout the full engagement lifecycle.
• Contribute to mentorship and development of team members as the role evolves.
