Job summary

Delphi-US - Peacemakers In The Talent War is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager in IT Staffing to drive new client acquisition and help establish a satellite presence. You will open doors, build relationships from scratch, and guide accounts through onboarding with our delivery teams.

This remote role requires strong outbound outreach, negotiation, and the ability to manage complex client engagements across multiple industries.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new client accounts within IT staffing and technical services.
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach (phone and email) to generate meetings and uncover hiring needs.
• Build and manage client relationships from initial contact through ongoing day-to-day account management.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and service agreements that meet client needs while supporting revenue targets.
• Partner with internal delivery teams to prioritize job orders and align candidate requirements to client expectations.
• Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and service throughout the full engagement lifecycle.
• Contribute to mentorship and development of team members as the role evolves.

Business Development Manager, IT Staffing role with Delphi-US focused on driving new client acquisition in IT staffing and technical services while helping establish and grow a satellite presence. This position is built for a proven new‑logo hunter who can open doors, build relationships from scratch, and carry accounts through ongoing partnership—while collaborating closely with internal delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new client accounts within IT staffing and technical services.
