InvestM Technology LLC is a growing IT services and staffing firm seeking a senior business development executive to hunt and onboard new logos across Fortune 2000 and government clients in a 100% remote role in the USA.

You will lead market research, identify decision-makers, and engage via email, social media, and cold-calling. The position emphasizes closing multi-million dollar deals, delivering impactful presentations, and expanding relationships within target accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Business Development servicing US IT Services and the US Staffing industry.
• Proven track record in hunting and closing medium to large accounts with multi-million dollar revenues within the USA.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform market research on target industries and client accounts within the Fortune 2000 space, focusing on fast-growing companies.
• Identify key decision-makers within each target account (e.g., hiring, procurement, vendor managers, HR, CIOs).
• Establish contact with decision-makers via email, social media, and cold-calling to introduce the firm's services.
• Generate leads by converting initial engagement into sales meetings.
• Prepare compelling sales presentations highlighting services and keep collateral updated with metrics such as revenue, headcount, client list, services, and differentiators.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to strategize sales meetings with C-suite executives of target accounts.
• Provide ongoing sales and account management support to expand relationships across multiple divisions within target clients.
