Cilable is seeking a dynamic, proactive Business Development Manager – UT IT Staffing for a contract-to-permanent role. The candidate may be located in India but will support U.S. time zones and is expected to work fully remote in U.S.

Eastern Time. You will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT staffing, strong communication, and a proven ability to execute strategic plans with minimal

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT staffing experience.
• 1-3 years of working as a BDM/US IT Recruiter (minimum 6 months of Sales exp with Tier 1 vendors).
• Proven track record of building clients, new business leads and achieving aggressive targets.
• Motivated, self-starter with solid upsell and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and explain channel sales knowledge of IT augmentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source new leads/requirements and maintain existing clients to enhance business relations.
• Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on tech skills, rates and location preferences from the pool of resources.
• Identify partnership opportunities to grow business for the company.
• Develop new relationships to expand business and support company growth.
• Think critically in planning to ensure project success.
