Job summary

New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer (Inside Service Engineer) to deliver prompt remote IT support, resolve end-user issues, and support client-specific applications while maintaining documentation.

You will manage tickets with ConnectWise PSA, use IT Glue for records, and collaborate with a distributed team. The role is remote with potential for in-person interviews; MSP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree required.
• Hands-on experience supporting end users in a service desk or help desk.
