Job summary

New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer (Inside Service Engineer) to support end users in a fast-paced, client-focused MSP environment. You will resolve printer issues, MFA, security alerts, and user provisioning while maintaining clear documentation in IT Glue and ticketing in ConnectWise PSA.

This remote role offers in-country collaboration and periodic in-person interview opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree with 1–5 years of service desk experience.
• Experience with MSP environments preferred but not required.
• Certifications such as A+ or Network+ preferred.
• Experience with NetDocuments is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support desktops and virtual environments in client environments.
• Use ConnectWise PSA and IT Glue for tickets and documentation.
• Provide daily customer interaction with a professional attitude.
• Attend team meetings and continuously improve technical skills.
• Manage ticket resolution and proactive reviews of client systems.
