Job summary

Element Technologies is recruiting a Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer for remote work across the United States. You will handle a wide range of end-user issues, from printers to MFA and antivirus alerts, while documenting workflows in IT Glue and ConnectWise PSA.

Strong communication and multitasking are essential. Two-year technical degree with 1–5 years of service desk experience is expected; MSP familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree and 1-5 years of service center experience.
• MSP experience preferred but not required.
• Certifications (A+ or Network+ preferred).
• Experience with AD, Entra ID/Azure AD, IT Glue, ConnectWise PSA and N-able/N-central.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site desktop support for client environments.
• Resolve printer issues, password resets, MFA, and antivirus alerts.
• Maintain documentation in IT Glue and ConnectWise PSA.
• Collaborate with service teams and attend team meetings.
• Deliver professional daily customer interactions and ticket resolutions.
