Truelogic, a New York-based provider of nearshore staff augmentation, is seeking a remote IT Service Desk specialist. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software and peripheral issues via phone, email and chat, with emphasis on first-contact resolution.

Requirements include 1 year in an IT service desk or help desk in a fully remote environment, 1 year of professional customer service with empathy, and bilingual English/Spanish with solid remote troubleshooting skills.

• 1 year of experience in an IT Service Desk or Help Desk role in a fully remote environment.
• At least 1 year of professional customer service experience with empathy and patience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with solid remote troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving hardware, software, and peripherals via phone, email, and chat.
• Ensure first-contact resolution for everyday IT requests with prompt and efficient support.
• Accurately log, prioritize, track, and close support tickets following SOPs.
