Concentrix is seeking a remote bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service / Tech Support Rep to deliver exceptional service for top brands from a home-based position. You will troubleshoot, support software/hardware, and assist customers in both languages while maintaining detailed records and strong relationships.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in customer service, a high school diploma, and a quiet home workspace. Training and full-time hours with benefits are provided.
