Job summary

Seagull Software, LLC is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish technical support specialist for a 6-month US remote contract. The role focuses on first-line customer support for our enterprise software, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining clear ticket documentation.

You will work 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PT, with occasional weekend on-call. Prior experience with software support and strong communication skills are essential to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a technical support representative with strong customer service.
Proficiency with Windows operating systems and general software.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
Ability to learn new software quickly and troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact with customers via email, chat, and phone.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software and third-party apps (English/Spanish).
Escalate issues to higher support tiers when needed.
Document support tickets and contribute to knowledge base and product improvements.
Collaborate with Engineering, IT, QA and Sales to deliver World-Class support.
