Placements24 seeks an IT Recruitment Consultant for a thriving practice. This fully remote role targets ERP and business systems, placing IT professionals with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and related BI solutions.

You will source, screen, and manage end-to-end recruitment, build a strong ERP specialist network, conduct competency interviews, and advise clients on market trends while working remotely from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in IT recruitment, with ERP focus.
• Solid understanding of SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with clients to understand IT staffing needs in ERP and business systems.
• Source candidates with ERP, CRM, BI tools, and related IT infra expertise.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, assessments, and interviews.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from engagement to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a network of IT professionals in ERP and business systems.
• Stay current with IT trends in business applications.
• Utilize ATS to manage candidate data and workflows.
• Provide market intelligence and consulting on IT talent availability.
