Job summary

Impact Advisors, LLC is seeking an ERP Staffing Consultant to support growth in our ERP Practice. This hybrid role blends business development, account management, and full-cycle recruiting to deliver ERP consultants for staff augmentation engagements.

The ideal candidate will build client relationships, proactively identify staffing opportunities, and recruit ERP professionals across Workday, Oracle, UKG, SAP, and related technologies. Strong networking and closing skills are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technology staffing, ERP recruiting, or consulting services.
Proven success expanding client accounts and identifying staffing opportunities.
Experience recruiting ERP professionals (Workday, Oracle, UKG, SAP or related).

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with ERP clients to identify staff augmentation opportunities.
Expand existing accounts by uncovering project needs and consulting opportunities.
Source, screen, interview, and qualify ERP consultants for contract staffing.
Negotiate engagements and partner with leadership on rates and terms.
Develop talent pipelines and manage full recruitment lifecycle.
