Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a globally distributed technology solutions provider. This fully remote role focuses on digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI, helping build high-performing teams from anywhere.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, craft sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and drive metrics with ATS/HRIS tools. A Bachelor's in HR/Business/CS is preferred and prior remote experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in technology.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for digital transformation, cloud, AI, data science, and cybersecurity.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and tech communities.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate management skills.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS platforms.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles with a focus on candidate experience.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract talent in cloud, data science, AI/ML, and cybersecurity.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess fit and skills.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment tech to manage pipelines and track metrics.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in all hiring practices.
• Provide insights and reporting on recruitment trends and candidate feedback.
