Job summary

Employer.com in the United States is seeking an experienced technical recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technology roles across levels, from analyst to VP. You will run intake meetings with hiring managers and IT leaders and build sourcing strategies for niche technical skill sets.

You will screen candidates for technical fit and guide them through interviews, offers, and close. This four-month contract role requires strong sourcing, passive outreach, and experience with enterprise

Job description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technology roles at every level, from analyst and engineer through senior leadership and VP.
• Run intake meetings with hiring managers and IT leaders and build sourcing strategies for niche technical skill sets.
• Screen candidates for technical fit and manage them through interviews, offers, and close.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting with a demonstrated focus on IT and enterprise technology roles.
• Proven experience recruiting for application architecture, Salesforce (developers, architects, admins, CPQ or Service Cloud), and platform or cloud engineering roles.
• Strong sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and passive-candidate outreach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior in-house or RPO experience supporting a large enterprise or CPG/consumer goods company.
• Experience recruiting for enterprise application environments (Salesforce, SAP, integration and middleware).
• Executive search or VP-level technology hiring experience.
