Job summary

Quivera Enterprises is seeking an experienced Business Analysis Support Project Manager – Intermediate to support IA and OIT programs within a federal environment. The role manages IT projects across the lifecycle and coordinates stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings PMI/PMBOK knowledge, Agile and Waterfall experience, and hands-on PI Planning leadership. The position involves collaboration with CORs, vendors, and government teams to ensure delivery, compliance, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience.
• Current PMP certification.
• Experience in IT projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience leading Program Increment (PI) Planning activities.
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Experience mapping current-state, interim-state, and future-state processes.
• Experience developing user stories, prioritized backlogs, and test cases.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Change & Configuration Management, IT Asset Management, or Quality Management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the Government security clearance and/or suitability determination.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects through the project lifecycle (initiation to closeout).
• Apply PMI/PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches as required.
• Lead and facilitate PI Planning activities and related coordination.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate information collection, document review, and version control of project records.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain backlogs aligned with priorities.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Government, business, technical, security, vendor, and contractor teams.
• Monitor expenditures, budgets, and performance; develop cost projections.
• Identify, assess, document, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues.
• Maintain test plans, dashboards, and governance artifacts.
