Qualifications

• Five+ years of business analysis for federal IT investments.
• Experience translating requirements into testable acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of IT asset management and hardware/software assets.
• Familiarity with ITIL, SDLC, and CPIC concepts.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and manage business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Map current and future processes and identify modernization opportunities.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Support IT Asset Management workflows and data quality initiatives.
