Job summary

Quivera Enterprises is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead federal IT initiatives for IA and OIT programs in the Albuquerque area. You will direct scope, schedule, cost, and quality across complex IT projects, coordinating with CORs, vendors, and government stakeholders.

The role requires ten years of PM experience, PMP certification, and deep knowledge of PMI/PMBOK, Agile and Waterfall methods, and asset management, governance, cybersecurity, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of project management experience.
• PMP certification.
• Experience leading federal IT projects across scope, schedule, cost, quality and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects through full lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Apply PMI/PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Coordinate PI planning, Agile ceremonies, backlogs, and prioritization.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and risks.
• Collaborate with CORs, Federal Task Leads, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, documentation, compliance, and reporting per federal requirements.
