Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project management experience.
• Current PMP certification.
• Experience managing IT projects through complete lifecycle.
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on PI Planning leadership.
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements.
• Knowledge of PMI/PMBOK principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation to closeout.
• Apply PMI/PMBOK and Agile practices as appropriate.
• Lead Program Increment planning and coordination.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, artifacts, and governance.
• Coordinate requirements with government, business, and technical teams.
• Monitor costs, schedules, and performance against plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
