Job summary

Quivera Enterprises LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead IT projects supporting Indian Affairs and Office of Information Technology programs. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk across complex initiatives, coordinating with CORs, vendors, and government stakeholders to ensure compliant delivery.

The role requires a PMP certification and over ten years of project management experience, with strong knowledge of PMI/PMBOK, Agile and federal IT governance policies.

Qualifications

• Ten years of project management experience in IT programs.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience leading complex IT projects through complete lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of PMI/PMBOK, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience coordinating with government stakeholders and vendors.
• Knowledge of Software/Hardware Asset Management, Change Control, Configuration Management, cybersecurity and federal IT governance.
• Ability to translate complex technical and business information into executive decisions and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects through the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, deployment, transition, and closeout phases.
• Apply PMI/PMBOK practices, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches as appropriate.
• Lead PI Planning sessions and coordinate planning across cross-functional teams.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure backlogs align with priorities and delivery goals.
• Develop and oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, dependencies, and performance measures.
• Establish governance structures, controls, reporting, and escalation procedures.
• Identify, manage, and coordinate Government personnel, contractors, vendors, and technical resources.
• Monitor expenditures, costs, and performance; develop projections and corrective actions.
• Identify, assess, document, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments.
• Collaborate with CORs, Federal Task Leads, and stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and successful delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with DOI/IA governance and federal IT requirements.
• Support integrated delivery across PM, BA, QA, IT Asset Management, Change and Configuration, documentation, communications, and security.
