Job summary

Quivera Enterprises LLC seeks a Business Analyst - Associate to support Indian Affairs (IA) and Office of Information Technology (OIT) programs. You will work with project and program managers, technical personnel, federal clients, and government stakeholders to analyze needs and document requirements.

The role emphasizes IT modernization, requirements development, process improvement, and IT asset management, with a focus on delivering compliant artifacts and actionable insights for contract

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of business analysis or consulting experience for federal IT investments.
• Experience assisting with IT project or program management activities per federal laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Knowledge of PMO operations, capital planning, and IT investment management.
• Knowledge of ITIL, change management, asset management, and IT service fulfillment.
• Ability to facilitate groups, stakeholder interviews, training, and knowledge-transfer activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and maintain business, functional, technical, and system requirements.
• Map current-state, interim-state, and future-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop user stories, story maps, use cases, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Develop and maintain business glossaries, requirements, models, diagrams, and artifacts.
• Manage boards, test plans, dashboards, requirements, and artifacts using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Support testing activities, stakeholder interviews, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, project managers, and vendors to meet project needs.
