Job summary

Quivera Enterprises LLC is seeking an IT Asset Project Manager – Intermediate to support IA and OIT programs. The role focuses on IT asset management, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring delivery per task orders and federal standards.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of PM experience, a PMP certification, and hands-on ITAM expertise across hardware, software, licensing, and lifecycle processes, with capability in Change & Configuration Management, Business Analysis, or Quality

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of project management experience.
Current PMP certification.
Hands-on experience with IT Asset Management involving hardware, software, licensing, inventory, asset records, product catalogs, or related enterprise IT asset processes.
Experience leading IT asset lifecycle management and asset traceability.

Responsibilities

Manage IT projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, deployment, and closeout.
Coordinate stakeholders across Government, business, technical, security, vendor, and contractor teams.
Support IT asset lifecycle activities including purchase, deployment, reconciliation, and disposition.
Develop and maintain project artifacts, dashboards, and status communications.
