Job summary

Wichita Tribal Enterprises (WTE), a Quivera Enterprises subsidiary, seeks an experienced Business Analysis Support Project Manager – Intermediate to support IA and OIT programs. You will manage IT projects across the lifecycle and provide business analysis in a federal setting, coordinating government, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires PMI/Agile proficiency, PMP certification, and experience in Change/Configuration Management, IT Asset Management, or Quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience leading Program Increment (PI) Planning activities.
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Experience mapping current-state, interim-state, and future-state business processes.
• Experience developing user stories, prioritized backlogs, and test cases.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in at least one IT delivery discipline: Change & Configuration Management, IT Asset Management, or Quality Management.
• Knowledge of federal IT investment laws, regulations, and governance.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, deployment, transition, and closeout.
• Apply PMI, PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
• Lead PI Planning activities and related planning, coordination, and follow-up.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, guides, templates, governance artifacts, and status reports.
• Coordinate information collection, document review, and maintenance of project records.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage backlogs aligned with priorities.
• Coordinate government, contractor, vendor, and stakeholder teams to achieve objectives.
• Track milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and performance requirements.
• Monitor expenditures and analyze cost, schedule, and performance.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments with mitigation plans.
