Job summary

Quivera Enterprises seeks an IT Asset Project Manager – Intermediate to lead IT asset management initiatives and project delivery for federal programs. You will coordinate hardware, software, licenses, and related IT assets across the lifecycle, maintain traceability, and manage stakeholder communications with CORs and vendors.

The role requires PMP-certified expertise, strong governance, and the ability to apply PMI/PMBOK, Agile, and hybrid methodologies in a government context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT asset management or related field.
• Experience coordinating hardware, software, licenses, and IT assets across lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• PMI/PMBOK principles familiarity and ability to lead PI planning and Agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of hardware, software, licenses, and related IT assets from acquisition to disposition.
• Maintain full traceability of assets including location, ownership, and status.
• Coordinate asset requests, licensing, vendor communication, and financial documentation.
• Maintain asset records in IT systems and CMDB for accuracy and auditability.
• Support service-request fulfillment and asset-related project tasks.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to improve asset-management workflows.
• Collaborate with CORs, vendors, and government stakeholders to ensure contract-compliant delivery.
