Job summary

Quivera Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – IT Asset Management, Intermediate, to support IA and OIT programs. You will analyze hardware/software assets, licensing, property data, and service requests while maintaining accurate records and compliant processes.

The role collaborates with government stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, security personnel, and vendors to translate business needs into actionable requirements, artifacts, and testable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience delivering business analysis for federal IT investments.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, testable acceptance criteria.
• Experience with PMO operations, capital planning, and IT investment management.
• Hands-on IT Asset Management experience, including hardware, software, licensing, and property.
• Familiarity with ITIL, change management, and service-request fulfillment.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems, CMDBs, Microsoft Intune, or similar enterprise tools.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain government security clearance.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 controls and privacy/security documentation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, document, and manage business, functional, and system requirements.
• Map current and future processes; propose modernization and automation opportunities.
• Develop user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Prepare documentation for control assessments (NIST 800-53).
• Support privacy and security artifacts including PII, PIAs, and PTAs.
• Create business models, diagrams, wireframes, and artifacts using Visio.
• Manage test plans, dashboards, and artifacts using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and vendors to translate needs into deliverables.
• Lead analytical activities; track risks, issues, milestones, dependencies.
• Review cost, schedule, performance, and compliance of federal IT investments.
