Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in PMO, portfolio management, governance, demand management, or related functions.
• Experience prep portfolio reports, governance materials, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve IT portfolio governance processes including demand intake and prioritization.
• Prepare portfolio reports, dashboards, metrics, and governance materials.
• Facilitate governance discussions and decision-making with stakeholders across IT.
• Develop and maintain PMO tools, templates, and knowledge assets for governance.
• Provide guidance and training on PMO processes, tools, and methodologies.
