Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting PMO operations and portfolio governance.
• Experience delivering portfolio reports, governance materials, and dashboards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools to support governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Support IT portfolio governance, including demand intake, prioritization, and reporting.
• Maintain portfolio data integrity and governance visibility with dashboards and analytics.
• Foster PMO process adoption and operational excellence across teams.
• Develop and maintain PMO templates, artifacts, and knowledge assets.
• Provide guidance and training to project managers and resource managers on PMO processes.
