Job summary

Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, offers fast, accurate diagnostic systems and tests and is seeking a Senior IT Portfolio & Governance Lead. The role is remote in the USA and focuses on coordinating demand intake, prioritization, portfolio reporting, and governance across IT to align with business priorities.

You will partner with project managers, resource managers, and business stakeholders, drive PMO process improvements, and maintain governance artifacts and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years supporting PMO operations, portfolio management, governance, demand management, or related functions.
• Experience preparing portfolio reports, governance materials, dashboards, and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support and continuously improve IT portfolio governance processes across IT.
• Maintain portfolio data integrity and governance visibility; prepare reports, dashboards, metrics, analytics.
• Support PMO process adoption and continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, SOPs, governance practices.
