Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years in PMO operations, portfolio management, or governance.
- Experience creating portfolio reports and executive presentations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools to support PMO tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support IT portfolio governance and demand intake.
- Maintain portfolio data integrity and governance dashboards.
- Improve PMO processes and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop PMO templates, artifacts, and knowledge assets.
- Guide and train project managers and teams on PMO practices.
